2 lb Moose round steak; diced 2 cn Cream of mushroom soup Fat for frying 1 cn Milk, 10 oz Salt 1/4 c Onions; chopped Pepper

Brown steak in fat in frying pan, season to taste with salt and pepper. Combine steak, soup, milk and onions in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Serve over cooked rice if desired.
