1/2 c Oat bran 3 Bananas, diwis, apples or 1 c Rolled oats -oranges, sliced, or a 1 c Plain low fat yogurt -handful of berries. 1/4 c Unsalted pumpkin seeds

| INSTRUCTIONS |

In a medium-sized bowl, stir together oat bran, oats and yogurt. If the mixture is too stiff, add a bit of skim milk to thin it. Place mixture in a container, cover and refrigerate overnight.
