2 3/4 c 40% Bran Flakes 2 c Miller's bran 1 1/2 c Bran Buds -- or All Bran Cereal 1 c Sliced almonds 1 c Pitted prunes -- chopped 1 c Dried apricot halves -- Chopped 1/2 c Raisins
