PREP TIME: 30-45 mins COOK TIME: 30-45 mins SERVES: 6 Servings
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb Lamb cut into 1 in cubes
1/4 c Dry white wine
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/2 c Oil
1 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Onion salt
1 tb Horseradish
1/2 ts Dill seed
1 ts Sugar
15 Cherry tomatoes
15 Button mushrooms
12 sl Bacon
Hot cooked rice
INSTRUCTIONS

Place lamb in shallow baking dish. Combine the next nine ingredients and
pour over lamb. Marinate in fridge 4 hrs or overnight When ready to cook
put lamb on skewer followed by a tomato and a mushroom and another piece of
lamb etc. Broil 4 in from heat or barbeque over hot coals for 10-15 min
turning and basting often with reserved marinade. Serve over a hot bed of
rice.
