1 lb Morell mushrooms 1 lb Young asparagus 3 Cloves of garlic 2 tb Olive oil 1 ts Butter 1 ts Basil 1 ts Oregano Salt and pepper to taste

1. Trim wash and pat mushrooms dry 2. coarsely chop mushrooms 3. wash and snap asparagus (hint hold asparagus by each end and snap ) 4. In heavy skillet add oil and butter and spices 5. When it starts to sizzle add mushrooms and asparagus 6. Stir fry until asparagus in tender . 7. This goes great with steak ham or just about anything you can think of
