Wild Mushroom and Aspargus Saute

PREP TIME: 30-45 mins COOK TIME: 30-45 mins SERVES: 1 Servings
INGREDIENTS
1 lb Morell mushrooms
1 lb Young asparagus
3 Cloves of garlic
2 tb Olive oil
1 ts Butter
1 ts Basil
1 ts Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Trim wash and pat mushrooms dry

2. coarsely chop mushrooms

3. wash and snap asparagus (hint hold asparagus by each end and snap )

4. In heavy skillet add oil and butter and spices

5. When it starts to sizzle add mushrooms and asparagus

6. Stir fry until asparagus in tender .

7. This goes great with steak ham or just about anything you can think of
