3 ea Moose steaks Salt and pepper 1/4 c Milk or goats milk 1 ea Egg Cracker crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut moose steak very thin. Pound on bolth sides to tenderize, beat egg, milk and seasoning in a small bowl. Dip meat in egg mixture,then dip in cracker crumbs. Fry meat in medium hot pan. Origin: Anna Heppner
