2 Boneless pork tenderloins, 8 sl Bacon -(1 to 1 1/2 lbs. each) 1 To 2 c. Russian dressing -halved

Cut each tenderloin in half. Wrap bacon around each portion; secure it with a toothpick. Marinate in Russian dressing for 24 hours. Place on a roasting pan and cook 50 minutes at 375 degrees or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees. Do not overcook. Also delicious cooked on grill.
