-vanilla ice-cream
225 g Christmas pudding; mashed or
-crumbled
; finely

| INSTRUCTIONS |

1. Allow the ice-cream to soften slightly, then transfer to a bowl and
quickly but thoroughly mix in the crumbled Christmas pudding.
2. Return the mixture to the freezer to firm it up before serving.
