4 c Chicken broth; (or water) 1 lb Pork neck bones; (for -flavor), optional 1 lb Pork; (picnic roast works... -i've used odd parts from a -whole pork loin) 1 cn (29 oz) hominy 1 Red; (28 oz) chile sauce -(salsa de chile colorado)

Combine all ingredients in crock pot. cook on high for 4 hrs or low all day... i doubt you could overcook this. This has been over-simplified. if there are any mexican cooks out there, please feel free to add your two cents' worth!
