2 pk (10ounce) frozen chopped -broccoli (thawed) -or- 6 c Fresh broccoli* 1 cn (10-3/4 ounce) cream of -mushroom soup 1 c Mayonnaise 1 Egg 1 c Shredded Cheddar cheese, -divided Breadcrumbs

*If using fresh broccoli, boil in small amount of boiling, salted water for 10 minutes. Place broccoli in a casserole dish. Combine the soup, mayonnaise, egg, and 3/4 cup cheese and pour over broccoli. Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
