3 oz Blue cheese, crumbled 1/2 c Vegetable oil 2 tb Lemon juice 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Sugar Pepper and paprika to taste 4 md Onions, sliced and seperated -into rings

| INSTRUCTIONS |

|
Combine all ingredients except the onions; mix well. Place onions on bottom of serving bowl, pour mixture over onions. Chill at least 8 hours.
