1 Ripe mango; papaya or 1/2 ; cantaloupe, peeled, ; seeded and diced ; (1/4-inch) 1/4 c Sliced scallion; green tops 1/4 c Diced red bell pepper 1/4 c Fresh chopped cilantro or -basil leaves 2 tb Fresh lime juice 1 tb Jalapeno; chopped and seeded ; (optional) 1 pn Salt; to taste

1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients. 2. Taste and add more lime juice and salt, as needed. 3. Serve with grilled seafood (shrimp, salmon, tuna or swordfish) or pan seared chicken cutlets.
