20 sl French bread, toasted 1 Jar (6 oz.) marinated Artichoke hearts, drained & Chopped 1/4 c Bottled roasted red peppers 2 tb Sliced green onion 1 pk (10 oz.) CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Natural cheddar Cheese, thinly sliced

TOP toast slices with artichokes, peppers, onion and cheese. Place on cookie sheet. BROIL 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Garnish with additional red pepper and green onion. Makes 20.
