INGREDIENTS
1 c Whole milk 2 tb Powdered skim milk
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix ingredients in a blender or with a wire whisk until free of
lumps. Keep refrigerated.

NOTE: For extra protein increase the amount of milk powder. OPTION:
substitute chocolate milk for white milk. 235 calories, 11.1 gm
