1 sm Red bell pepper or 1 red -sweet banana pepper 5 ea Ounces roquefort 1 c Unsalted butter, at room -temperature Salt to taste Cayenne pepper or Tabasco -to taste Hungarian paprika

Wash, core and seed the pepper. Cut into wire thin slivers. Cream the roquefort and butter together with processor. Add the peppers and blend to mix. Season with salt and pepper and tabasco to taste.
