Prepare Banana Raisin Bran Muffins (this page), substituting low-fat apple spice yogurt and 3 T apple juice for the banana and plain yogurt. Substitute 1 C white whole-wheat flour for the bran and add 1 t ground nutmeg and 1/2 t ground cloves to flour mixture.
